Community Health Services Foundation is constantly looking at ways to enhance the life enrichment of the residents and tenants served on our campuses. The Growing Connections Campaign will assist in providing a serene, lush, and safe walking path located on the Prairie Maison | Bluff Haven Campus. Your donation will support | fund the bushes, flowers, rocks, trees, bricks, and the path.
How to Order:
Just follow the simple step-by-step process below to place your order. Be sure you are happy with your brick design as it will look very similar to the image on your computer when completed.
