Huntington High Veterans Memorial Garden

Huntington High School JROTC and That's My Brick!® have joined forces to raise money for our project! This project is part of the Junior ROTC Service Learning Program designed to motivate young people to become better citizens. The goal of this specific project is to design and build a Veteran’s Memorial Garden on the Campus of Huntington High School that will educate students and the public on the importance of recognizing our Veterans and the sacrifices they have made. Once completed we hope the garden will be a place where people can come to reflect and pay tribute to all those who have served.  Personalized bricks purchased through this effort will be used to line the walkways of the garden adding names of those Veterans that the community wishes to honor. The War Memorial Tiles will be used to pay tribute to all of the major conflicts that has occurred throughout the course of American history.
